Filling Station Magazine is a literary and arts magazine created in Calgary, publishing 3 issues per year and hosting a number of literary events including our Flywheel Reading Series (the first Thursday of every month at Pages) and the Blow Out! Festival. The magazine is available via subscription, in Calgary at Pages Books on Kensington, and is distributed through Magazines Canada to both independent and chain bookstores throughout Canada. Filling Station is always accepting submissions. Our only mandate is to publish innovative & original poetry, fiction, literary journalism, non-fiction and fine art.
